Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds or product exchanges for change of mind. Returns for change of mind will only be exchanged for store credit.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards and downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the rare event your goods are in some way faulty please do not send your purchase back immediately. If goods are being returned due to a fault first please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the nature of the fault and if possible include any photographs of the fault. You may not need to send the faulty item back if the fault can be established via photograph. We will let you know how and where to send the item if necessary. Please do not send faulty goods back to the manufacturer. We are more than happy to exchange faulty goods but cannot offer refunds unless it is not possible to exchange the faulty item for a new one such as when a supplier is out of stock.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
Goods with obvious signs of misuse.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your faulty goods are received and inspected or verified via photograph, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and/or images of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please check with your bank or credit company first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have contacted your bank or credit card company and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you as to how to proceed with your exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the purchaser if applicable and liaise with the purchaser about your return and gift credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your product is faulty it is important you communicate the fault to us via email at email@example.com Returning your faulty item may not be necessary if the fault can be clearly seen via photograph.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a trackable service or insurance.
